This book has a very rare, custom binding… It not only has a gauffered edge, but also a hand painted fore edge with grape vines, lavender ribbon or scrolls & hand quotations from the text. It is bound in a contemporary full purple Morocco leather with decorative embossings. It also contains an Illuminated fly leaf and title page! So it is all hand colored…. Just gorgeous!
