Antique 19th Century French Louis XV Style, Brass Plated Jewelry Box or Casket. This is one of the most amazing Caskets I have seen… it is super ornate and just a work of art! I did have to polish this one up… but it is brass plated. The inside would have originally had a satin lining.. but someone had gutted it, which I don’t mind. I loved using this for storing prayer books or using as a book safe! It is the perfect stand out piece for any collector! It does not have a key… I found it this way, but you may be able to find one that fits. This is a heavier piece. It is 7” wide, 6” tall, 5” deep.
