A Stunning set of 1921 Jane Austen Books with a Rivière Binding! These books have blue calf leather spines and corners… the spines have faded to a gorgeous light blue and they have almost a snowflake shape pattern! They are all in great condition for their age… all bindings are nice and tight! They include; Pride & Prejudice, Emma, Northanger Abbey, Persuasion, Sense & Sensibility, and Mansfield Park. They also include an introduction by Austin Dobson and were illustrated by different artists, such as Hugh Thomson and Charles E. Brock. They were published in London by Macmillan and Co. Limited. A lovely set for any collector!!
