Pair of 1896 Robert Burns Books; Poems, Epistles, Songs, Epigrams, and Epitaphs… Edited by Fas. A. Manson; containing notes, index glossary and biographical sketch. They were published in London by Clement Wilson.
Both books have a green leather spine with gold gilt detailing and a marbled board covers. They are in excellent condition for their age, no cracking to the hinges and they have nice tight bindings. They also have a deckled edge and the pages are thick with texturing. There are no illustrations. One book is all his Poems and the other book is Songs. I like that they are separated!
