1694 Copy of The History of the Triumvirate of Julius Caesar, Pompee and Crassus; containing what happened from the death of Catiline to that of Cephar. This book is written in French and is bound in full leather. It is in amazing condition for its age! The binding is nice and tight, there is just some slight cracking on the hinges… but overall very strong. The leather has a nice patina for being over 300 years old!! Just amazing… this does have an engraving in the front of the book, as well as a beautiful fold out map and a really interesting book plate!
